Elisabeth (Beth) Hudgins contributes 11 acrylic paintings on the theme “Energy in Light.” Kat Jamison offers 7 watercolors inspired by the theme “Light Over Water.” Linda Maldonado reveals in her 11 watermedia collages how she creatively expresses light’s “Emergence.” Elise Ritter’s 8 paintings in acrylics or acrylics and inks visualize the spirituality and mystery of the theme “Out of Darkness Comes the Light.” Deborah Taylor’s 10 oil paintings capture the naturally occurring phenomenon known as “Crown Shyness” (see “Artists’ Statements”), as well as the feelings instilled in her by the poetry of Mary Oliver.
