Education for Ministry (EfM)
As we begin to move toward more interaction as a society, how do you plan to take what you have learned forward? How do you plan to incorporate more intentional fellowship, worship, and reflection into your daily practices? How will you continue to walk a path toward fuller relationship with God and your neighbors?
These are questions that we all may be asking ourselves, and Education for Ministry (EfM) is one way to discover answers. St. Michael’s hosts an EfM group on Thursday mornings. EfM is a program designed to create relationships in a small group to tackle these and other questions concerning faith, witness, and God’s intentions for our lives. In an EfM group we build on the practices of early house churches—creating close relationships that foster learning, discernment, worship, and study within a trusted circle of fellowship.
