INOVA Blood Donor Services
Each October, St. Michael's partners with INOVA to host a blood drive. It’s something that’s easy to do and really makes a significant difference in someone else’s life.
Engagement Opportunities:
Sign up at the Inova Blood Donor Services website to donate blood through-out the year. It’s important to make an appointment. When you show up to fill out the paperwork, you can even provide our organization number, which is 8406, so they can more easily track us. Thanks for saving a life!
Recent Events:
We hosted another very successful blood drive in Kim Sutter’s honor on Saturday October 14. We had 35 appointments including 1 walk-in from the neighborhood. It was a pleasure to see so many friendly St. Michael’s faces showing up to make such a profound impact in the lives of people in need of this life-saving gift. Factoring in deferrals and a couple cancellations, we collected 31 units.
